Description: Fritz Has Dropped Out of Race John Fritz Heron Isle Court, Ocean Pines I was raised for 21 years in New York City, attended school and started my work career with the Bell system. I moved to Philadelphia, Pa. in 1972 where I lived with my wife and 2 children for the next 15 years. I continued my education with apprenticeships in Electrical, HVAC, and Stationary Engineering; I had previously completed an apprenticeship in plumbing. I also studied Mechanical Engineering at Drexel University while in Philadelphia with a minor in Computer science. I worked for several years at Drexel University and later ran the electrical division for a major Philadelphia hospital. In 1987 I moved to Harrisburg, Pa. where I worked for one of the area colleges as director of Plant Operations / Chief of Police. During this time I filed for divorce and in 1990 moved to Maryland where I went to work for a suburban hospital outside Washington D.C. as the maintenance manager. In 1994 I had the opportunity to move to Ocean City and work for Dr. Berger at the Sheraton as director of Engineering. In 1997 I decided to go back to field engineering with the Telco Industry where I stayed for the next 6 years until the company folded. During this period I started living in Ocean Pines, met my wife Annie and was married in 2000. I now have 3 more sons and 2 dogs. We bought our first home together in 2001 where we currently reside. I was injured in 2003 and laid up for almost 1 year due to an industrial accident. I decided to change careers and went back to school for my real estate license and started working for Coldwell Banker in October 2004. In January 2005 we launched a home inspection company called Eagle CHI, (certified home inspection) in the hopes of offering a new and unique way of providing home inspections to the community.
