Description: What is it, a truck, trailer, train or plane?
At quick glance, this thing first looks like a truck. A fellow in South OP keeps this trailer on his driveway. The vehicle parked on the trailer is a work train. He purchased the train from the GNRR and it had a destroyed fiberglass upper body. The chassis is original and he rebuilt the upper body with 5/16” sheet aluminum. The train seats four, has a nice wooden cabinet over the internal engine, can travel as fast as 50 mph on good track and can go more than 150 miles with the on-board fuel. He rallies with it in large groups of work trains on tracks mostly in Pennsylvania, but also throughout the eastern states.
It’s not a plane.
