Had the same problem here at home, the little buggers ripped out the screen around the fan to get in and it wasn't light screening either. My damage wasn't as severe but I had to have a roofer take out the fan, patch the hole and put down new shingles plus I had to get a pest removal guy come in and trap the critters. At the end of the day I spent over $1,000.00
