Description: Construction of the pavillion at White Horse Park was a community effort with everyone volunteering their time and talent to hammer, saw, even make sandwiches and cook for the men constructing it. The pavilion was dedicated on Memorial Day 1989 to the memory of all the loved ones who lived and died in Ocean Pines.
