Description: This is a view from the rear of the Halloway and Sharps property of the pedestrian easement. The Hallowell garage on the right was the one that was required by ECC to be flipped at time of construction from the opposite side of the home. You can see the truck in the driveway which must be close to or on the easement as I understand a variance was given to build outside the normal restriction due to the garage flipping requirement. The Sharps home was angled to get a better view of the water by owners prior to the Sharps.
