Description: The Ocean Pines Anglers Club recently hosted its second annual Flounder Frenzy in the coastal bays of Ocean City. 47 Anglers participated in 18 boats which resulted in a total catch of 33 legal Flounder and 25 throwbacks. A 30"Bluefish, 3' shark and a large skate, while not eligible for the tournament, also made for some exciting memories. Cash prizes were awarded to the top 4 Anglers bringing in the largest Flounders. Shown in the picture receiving their certificates along with flounder size are L to R; 3rd place Jim Wallace 22 3/4" ; 1st & 4th place George Wood 24 1/2", 22"; 3rd place John Jewer 23 3/4". Tournament Directors Bill Bundy and Budd Heim are in the rear.
