Description: Commander Kurt Kastner,son of Ocean Pines resirents Al & Carol Kastner, received the VADM John D. Bulkeley Distinguished Graduate Award for SWOS (Surface Warfare Officers' School) PCO Class 237. This award is given to the student who reflects the tenets of the Admiral's service, specifically boldness, initiative, tactical acumen, exacting standards, and personal refinement. In recognition of this award Kurt will proudly wear the solid gold Command at Sea insignia on his uniform.
