Description: Ocean Pines Angler Budd Heim holds up what proved to be the winning flounder at 22 1/4 inches caught during the MSSA flounder tournament in July. Fishing partner Harry Doan looks on in disbelief. The tournament officially ended at 3:30PM and there was some discussion about whether this fish was caught within the tournament time limit. However, satellite photos later confirmed that indeed this fish was legal. Budd had mixed feelings about that finding after receiving his beer bill at the post tournament get together at the Marlin Club.
