Description: Lt. Colonel Jack Barnes III, a KC-135 tanker pilot with the 171st ANG out of Pittsburgh, Pa. is shown with one of the boys from an orphanage in Ecuador. The tanker crews, in Ecuador for a drug interdiction mission, helped do some construction work at the orphanage in their spare time. They also delivered two plane loads of much needed humanitarian supplies that had been donated by the people of Pittsburgh. Jack IIIs parents, Andrea and Jack barnes are permanent residents of Ocean Pines.
