That’s a car transporter. Often it moves cars to/from Florida for snow birds. Recently a neighbor sold a Corvette to a buyer in Florida and a transporter was used to move the car to the new buyer. The closed sides don’t reveal the cars inside so expensive cars can be moved wit less chance of theft or vandalism.
