What part of the term BIKE RACK do these scooter riders NOT understand? Let's see, there is a whole parking lot available for them at the Yacht Club, plus a grassy area, but since they couldn't ride a REAL bicycle, I assume they couldn't WALK that far either and needed to HOG the space reserved for BICYCLES.
