Back in the 70's a guy told me that Syracuse had over SIX feet of snow over a weekend, Friday evening through Sunday evening. I said no way and bet him $100 he was wrong. We called the National Weather Service, total snowfall during the period.....SEVENTY FOUR INCHES.....I haven't spoke to him since!
