Description: This encroaches the "clear zone" of the roadway. Functional as they are, take a look at how close this mulch planter is to the edge of the road in the middle of Ocean Parkway. If a car tire hits one of these immovable obstructions it could tear the front end out of your car and make the car lose its ability to steer.
