For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, I don't think I can support option #1. One of the reason I asked about longevity is that option # 1 states "Repair the Roof". I didn't think it was repairable and in fact $250,000 was budgeted in 2004 to replace the roof. So if I am interpreting option #1 correctly, at best it is a very temporary fix and we will be faced with the same dilemma in a few years. Option includes "replace the roof" among other things. That sounds like a more logical approach to me. Norm |
