Jack, you may be observing with a somewhat biased eye. For example, your comment about a well organized No campaign could be restated as, "It passed by only 212 votes after an extremely expensive and well organized YES campaign and 100% support of the board of directors, and a cost to be covered 100% by the sale of OPA property. What part of the equation don't you understand?" Your first comment may be somewhat correct although I like to think it provides some balance to the discussion relative to what some others post. As hard as it may be at times I do try to "listen" to the ideas of others no matter how much they may oppose my own. As far as any vote passing by some "only" number the fact is it passed and some just can't accept that. I suppose that is why Al Gore supporters still talk about the Florida election. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The majority of property owners voted "yes" even in the face of a very stiff, well organized "no" campaign.
