What a difference having someone with building experience investigate building option! Kudos to Rakow and Clarke on their efforts. I personally like option 3. I believe that if option 1 or 2 were employed, we would be again looking at further Community Hall options in the very near future, because we would eventually need more space. I would also hope that option 3 would not be another project that would grow in price as it was undertaken.
