Those are legitimate fodder for discussion and hopefully improvement, but trying to come up with a policy to constrict a club manager in the minutia of his business is not helpful. Think about the difficulty of attracting the next club manager with such policies in place.

You make a valid point and I agree. There is an old saying that even a broken clock is right twice a day. There are fundamental problems at the YC that need to be addressed but one will find that often both good and bad management will, on occassion, make exactly the same decision. The difference is often the "reason" the decision is being made.
