If it is not the idea of the GM to keep this all under the radar then why isn't the area of the site in White Horse Park clearly marked on the ground? Why aren't the private meetings of the GM and the fire department open to association members? Why does the board president sign a contract with the fire department without review of that contract by the board? Can you point me to some news release from OPA informing association members about this park property?

If there is no intent to keep this under the radar we are seeing a good imitation of same without intent.
