The Association is going to renovate the community hall.  The OPVFD can move back into the community hall after the renovation is complete.  The OPVFD will have to relocated during the renovation.  The OPVFD wants to build a new facility and not move back into the community hall.  The board has agreed to let the OPVFD use approximately one acre of WHP to build the new facility.

I hope this clears this up.

I believe I did, based on the above, understand the issues.  I was hoping it would become clearer to my friend Nancy Weber.  It needed to be put in order and written and I think you have done that.  I don't think many of us will be satisfied with that rendition of what we were expecting.  Can you enlighten me and other forum members who may be wondering why the BOD has allowed Bill Zawacki to violate the by-laws and go unchallenged?  It would seem to me that the other members of the BOD would have at the very least given him their approval to sign the contract in question.
