For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, Forgive me sliding in here because you know I'm not really here anymore. But. I like Pete and he was very much instrumental in putting together the B & F report and next years budget. In order to pay for the upcoming infrastructure upgrades and repairs, the fees increase were also continue the proper amount of cash in the reserves will be spread over five years. To me that makes sense. It also makes sense that we can have to opportunity to have a CPA on the board. Now I know that you and most of the forum gang never supported me or don't now and that's Ok. it is their opinion....My choice will be different from yours, Respectfully, Ray

Your leaving was what most forum regulars call "forum suicide" and history shows that about 99% of forum suicides end up back on the forum in a relatively short period of time. Welcome back.
