Well, I'm glad to see you agree with the clarification. So the board decided to get the $105 over several years. I'm sure this provdies association mmebers with a great deal of comfort and has kept many from the poor house. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Did someone suggest raising assessment $105 per year? OK The candidate endorsed raising assessments $105 in a year. A recommended $105 assessment increase just after our assessments had been raised $150 in one pop. |
