So the board decided to get the $105 over several years. I'm sure this provdies association mmebers with a great deal of comfort ........... It's certainly easier for people to pay a $105 increase spread over three years than $105 at once. It's disquieting that anyone could support a $105 increase, especially after members had just taken a $150 hit. ........and has kept many from the poor house. This might come as a shock to you, but I suspect many in OPA don't have the budget you apparently enjoy. |
