Nancy, If Joe does not hear about these things from the patrons....how can he make it better? Mothers Day, My wife, brother, sister in law and myself having brunch at the YC. Brother (who happens to own a plumbing company) uses the rest room and on his return tells me that there in no hot water in the rest room which he says is a health dept. violation in a restaurant. I find Joe and tell him that there is no hot water in the men's room. "Ready for his response" Quote: The breaker must have tripped again, that thing has been a real problem. end quote... Nancy, when the manager knew there was a bad breaker on electrical problem with the water heater, ie: "must have tripped again" why wasn't the problem fixed when he first knew about it? Even if the breaker had just started tripping that day, (which I don't believe) he the manager should have called an electrician and or plumber to fix the problem. kinda makes me wonder how staff washed there hands that day. I just wonder if they ever fixed the problem or do they just reset the breaker when someone tells them there is no hot water in the rest rooms. Robert. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Just grousing around here on The Forum to each other is NOT the way to make YC Club improvements!!!!! We have zero control of how the YC is operated. Joe, I can't help but think that those of us who really LOVE the YC making helpful suggestions to Joe would not be positive. If he doesn't know what bugs people ....how can he fix it???? Most of the things that annnoy many folks are not things that involve money....just adjustments. If Joe does not hear about these things from the patrons....how can he make it better? If someone has a bad experience and does not communicate with Joe that does not help him make the YC club better. If someone just huffs off and does not come back...there is no way in the world that Joe can do anything about whatever happened. WE DO have to take some responsibility for what happens over there. It is OUR CLUB and we should be helping to make it better. Joe wants to make it work and he is a very friendly and approachable fellow who likes feedback. Nancy |
