For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I believe you mean "Littoral Rights" Robert Hi Robert, I always thought that "littoral" referred to the sea, and "riparian" to a river. I think riparian is synonomous with river. Since the body of water in question is a "bay"...I am not sure what is correct. I have just heard "riparian rights" as a general term about water. Maybe you can shed light on the subject for me. I would very much like to know more about it. Nancy |
