Dave: Please check up on my history with regard to encroachments and you will find that I always went out of my way to work them out fairly. Our friend Don Hoen, GRHS, once built a foundation and first floor framing on one of my lots by accident. I simply agreed to trade lots. No harm, no foul. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: And you still don't! Should we demand that Mr. Moore remove the asphalt parking service he purchased? Perhaps we could demand that he put all the trash his paid employees have been picking up back on the lot? Hell, we don't need no stinking $70,000.00 a year from that guy. Joe, would you please point out any damage or harm being caused by any so called encroachment on our bayside parking lot?
