Joe, just some ideas. We first need to separate the monies Seacrets paid us for evening use of our parking lots, as that WAS for the general public,
OP is going to have to dig out all paperwork for all expenses incurred on the parking lots including attendent salary since 2005. OP will simply have to put off the Yacht club rebuild for another year or 2. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The million+ can only come from one place -- association members. The board will either issue a one-time special assessment of about $120, or take it from reserves (most likely). Either way, $120 is going to the IRS from every association member. |
