Thanks for your post. "Are you out of your mind?" Perhaps. "You're expecting too much from our Board" I don't think so. I believe that even the new members of the board are starting to see the light. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I think it is now time to get a grasp on reality and correct the deferred maintenance at our Yacht Club facility for approximately $1,100,000.00 and use the remaining $1,400,000.00 to pay for the IRS liability.
