| The firm in question is PriceWaterHouseCoopers, LLP, now called PWC. Pete Gomsak retired from the firm in 1999, over 10 years ago. I believe Gomsak worked in the Cincinnati office of PWC. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Larry: It would take me time to research the minutes but I am pretty sure the motion was by Mr. Peter Gomsak. I have no idea what the final cost to our Association was but the estimate was in the neighborhood of $20,000.00. Quite frankly, if the proper disclosure was not made by Mr. Gomsak, I believe there may be a conflict of interest.
