For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Leasing the Yacht Club restauraunt to an experienced operator may be the most sensible solution. Al, do you remember when we had Canteen Corp, Marriott and Hammonds Italian restaurant running the YC whether they were leased or paid management fees? |
