And, I have a right to say what I just did. So, does this mean, the BOD will have a closed door meeting about me?
The plain fact is that unless at least one board member is willing to say what takes place in a closed session then no one knows what is discussed, including whether or not the topic is allowed under the Maryland HOA Act. For example, I'd be willing to bet that my name has been mentioned/discussed any number of times in closed session. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It's been a while since this Forum message but.. I think the GM and the rest of the Directors need to take a lesson on what is the meaning of individual freedom. We have the freedom to speech and we have the freedom to have thoughts and views. If Marty chose to express his concerns, so be it. I think what the board did to Marty is straight up bullying. They should be ashamed of themselves. And, I have a right to say what I just did. So, does this mean, the BOD will have a closed door meeting about me? Maybe so. If someone decides that a principal, policy or a major fiscal undertaking is going to affect the whole in an adverse manner, then why not be man/woman enough to say something. I am thinking about the BOD ethics all around. I also think Sharyn is too new on the Board to group up against Marty. She should wait a while before she pounces on to the established band wagon. Let see what type of governing power she has first. |
