Not to beat the dead horse, but your words above more or less indicate to a reader that there was a vote of some kind. There was no vote as far as I know. I do not even know if a majority of the board approved the charges for Moore's investigation. Keep in mind only three board members had their name attached to a charge, the fourth was the GM. I have also heard at least one of the board members originally named as making a charge is now saying no charge was made.

I think those involved are now scrambling for ways to extricate themselves from this nonsense.
