I think Dave Stevens has shown character and leadership in his support and defense of his colleague Marty Clarke. Clarke has more character than all those after his hide put together. One of his detracters was the man in charge of the Community Center fiasco. Hows that grab you?
Marty usually has extensive facts and figures to back up his statements. These four Board members have an agenda not necessarily in the best interests of Ocean Pines property owners. Therefore they are out to hush anyone who dares to disagree or point out the weaknesses to their claimsand issues. We in OP are fortunate to have individuals like Marty Clarke and Dave Stevens challange the "fearsome Foursome". I sincerely hope Unger resists joining sides and continues to support Stevens and Clarke. He also does a good job focusing on the best interests of OP property owners. Op has many important problems requiring serious and immediate attention, the B of D needs to focus on these important matters and stop the witch hunt of Mr. Clarke. Hang in there Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Dave: Thank you. I appreciate your support. I think it is noteworthy to mention that between you and me there is just shy of nine (9) years of experience serving the membership on the board of directors. The two board members who are accusing me of wrongdoing have less than three (3) years of combined experience serving the membership on the board. Go figure? Oh well, Happy New Year! Marty |
