Cope is a hysterical response to a long standing problem.
Did you even read the COPE position paper. I don't think it is hysterical to ask the board to seek a net/net/net lease arrangement, but then ask association members via referendum if they wish the area to become open space. Since when is it hysterical to ask association members to vote on an issue? |
