For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yes, I am well aware of that...and I did say it was the referendum that passed to build a new YC in a previous post... But members of the board voted to enclosed the Sports Core Pool, which has been a loser..am I correct in saying that as well as Java Cafe. Was it the BOD that has had several survey's completed on the golf course as well as other amenities and disregarded what was told to them? Once again they have no idea how to run a profitable business. A successful restaurant owner want to lease out the YC several years ago, but No the BOD thought they could make it a winner.... Seems like a lot of red ink from the past previous boards.... say whatever you might say, however the amenities have been a loser for a long time and the BOD refuse's to say they don't know what they are doing. Joe anyone can run these amenities when you have an open checkbook. |
