For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hi Gene, I'm doing fine. Thanks for asking. I really miss my friends in OP. But I'm glad I no longer own property there. It took me over a year of dealing with our ARC here in PA, but I did get my deck converted to a screened porch. And PA has no sunshine laws for privately owned entities. So I never could attend the ARC meetings. But the board has a meeting open to homeowners once a month and we get 20 to 25 attendees. There are only 484 properties. It can get lively. I still enjoy the Forum. Keeps me remembering what I am missing. Stay warm and well. Gail |
