I just spoke with County Commissioner Jim Bunting. He promised to look into this next week, including speaking with the county attorney. I'll keep you posted.
Just seems to me that if the unlicensed vehicle law can be subverted for 14 years just by having a piece of canvas over the vehicle, something is wrong and the law needs changing if that is the case. |
