It seems to me that OP has a lawyer. Why don't we task him with this?
Sharon Hi Sharon, I looked at the BoD meeting video of the Sat. meeting, and do feel better about the situation. Joe Moore's discussion on the rules about junk cars begins at about 1:20 on the video. He says our compliance people DO have the right to go on a property for a specific reason ...such as junk cars and see what is going on. They would be answering to a complaint. He says that are not allowed to just wander around looking for something that might be wrong. Check out the video. Nancy |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Exactly! I have commented several times that the lawyers would have to get involved before this junk vehicle issue is resolved. Sure would be nice if it was a simple process.... unfortunately it's not. It seems to me that OP has a lawyer. Why don't we task him with this? Sharon |
