From the Declaration of Restrictions for your section of Ocean Pines:

"8. GENERAL PROHIBITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS @ a. (H) No stripped down, partially wrecked or junk motor vehicle, or sizeable part thereof, shall be permitted to be parked on any street in the Section or Subdivision or on any lot"

This prohibition is in effect for your section, and most sections of which I am aware, today. I am not personally familiar with any enforceable tag restrictions in the DRs. The problem is enforcement and what could be argued as the definition of junk. I look at it the same way as porn, I know it when I see it.

The next regular meeting of the board is scheduled to host our attorney who will be answering questions from the board of directors as to how we can better enforce the existing regulations and or how to create new restrictions that may be more enforceable.
