If it actually works as fast and efficient as you indicate then WONDERFUL!
I believe the county will act quickly if a vehicle is determined to be a violation. The owner would still be given a time to remove the vehicle or obtain tags. The advantage, time-wise, for the county over OPA is that the county can take action and remove a vehicle without going to court. What the county can or will do remains to be seen. However, unless the county is requested to take action we will never know, and each case will be unique. It could well turn out the county will be of no help on these issues of junk cars, but OPA will never know unless it tries. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If it actually works as fast and efficient as you indicate then WONDERFUL! Somehow, since its the government, I'm skeptical it's really that simple. But I sure hope it is. Thanks for your interest and work on this issue. |
