For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The basis of my assessment is based on the fact that veneers can be far easier and cheap to install than structural components. If the structure is in-place and sound (it sure better be!), many veneers (vinyl, wood, etc) can be applied to the surface. A covered portico could be added towards the parking lot as could some improved landscaping in the parking lot. All these items are more cosmetic than requiring major work. |
