I wanted to avoid jostling you. And Joe was saying his power bills are approximately $15 (monthly) higher than yours. Just seems a mystery / dichotomy. Getting 80% to 95% of Kwh from solar -- yet seems only modest lowering of power costs.
I understand you're happy with the solar deal, so I understand if you take a pass. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Somehow, the dollars are not matching those KWH claims. Tom, I'm not sure what you don't understand, but maybe this will help. I do not own or lease the panels. I pay Tesla per kilowatt hour for the solar power generated at a rate lower than Choptank charges. I pay Choptank for any non-solar power used. If that doesn't answer your question, I will try to explain further. Also, I'm not sure why you asked Joe the question. He does not have solar. |
