For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The women truly kept the home free burning during and after the war. My brother in law was in WWII, Korea and Vietnam. His wife did a lot of double duty. My wife, less so, but still, I was away from home a great deal of the 10+ years I was on active duty. I tell people, if you think my daughters are great (and they are) look to my wife. |
