The last I knew we had brought suit against the owner. However, we were not having any luck serving the property owner who had basically abandoned the property and was living somewhere in WV. 

I personally offered to Join with the neighbors and resolve the situation in the same manner you and I spoke about off the record. They did not want to do it because they believed the problem would go away after the bank foreclosure in December. Quite frankly I have not has the time to drive by the subject dump in over a month. I will try to take a look before I leave to go out west.
