| My parents had a winter house in Nokomis for 30 years...per the assoc. bylaws,no boats,trailers,motor homes,sheds were allowed.Basically everthing had to go in your garage...The place always looked good,even when the snowbirds were gone...SP | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: As of 2 weeks or so ago I was told this property remains as beautiful as ever !! I've been in Sarasota since mid-November, returning end of April, so since I can't see it I'm not "exercised" about it. Ed |
