Good for Marty. I have callenged this "policy" for many years. The original DR's stated trailers meaning trailers capable of living with-in, not trailers as Marty has shown. So many people live in Ocean Pines that need and use such trailers to make their living, but can't keep them in their driveways.
The premise that Ocean Pines is a "boating community" to allow any size boat trailer, with boats on, with tarps covering them, but not allowing utility trailers is NUTS! Somebody years ago just had a "problem" with utility trailers and made this arbutrary regulation! |
