Much ado about very little, primarily political in nature. Obviously political or it would be addressed in closed session as contractural issue. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, I've attended the board meeting and have heard no motion to terminate the Casper contract. It expires at the end of April. Obviously they are terminating the relationship at the end of April. My guess is you know what I meant. Also, the latest contract we now have with Casper allows OPA to take on any and all Casper employees working at the course, even if we don't do a deal with anyone. Who says they want to work for LU or OPA and are not leaving with Casper? LU is currently managing the following courses. Looks like a real fly-by-night outfit. Maybe they should be doing due diligence on OPA. If you think due diligence is based solely on the size and financial sheet of the firm then I am glad you are satisfied. And by the way they did do due diligence on OPA, Mark Mattingly from LU in the Bayside Gazette. “Our team made several trips to the club/area, spent extensive time researching the club, the HOA as a whole, spoke with local residents and former staff members, and reviewed the local competitive balance within the marketplace. In addition, the OPA Board provided a great deal of detailed financial history of the club in the original RFP dating all the way back to 2007.” I will post a few questions that I think if the board addressed all this nonsense disappears. Of course it might limit the news a bit. Ted |
