Indeed Joe, there are medical facilities here :)…the better ones are control by the Israelis. Ok, electronic does not work since OPA is in the dark ages but what about the paper ballots/survey. If memory serves me right you projected a cost of approx.. $12,000...not so much. The important thing is to gather the inputs from the owners in order to identify our needs and wants. Thereafter the BOD has a clear mandate from their constituents and must (should) act on the wishes of the majority and not a vocal minority. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I find myself in total agreement with your comments and sentiment….a somewhat scary thought ( lol). Are there any good medical facilities in Hanoi? An online survey might be worth a shot, but currently OPA has no way to identify people online. The proposal from Salisbury University suggests a possible online survey, but they probably think OPA can identify people via some login process. We can't. |
