When a question is asked about his motion, Renaud holds his hand close to his chest and points at Terry. Kinda like playing poker. Do it long enough and you begin to notice "Tells." By the way I thought Mr. Clarke had already departed for another meeting when this vote was taken. No, but I think he did vote standing up. |
You are, however, certainly free to believe that Pat Renaud came up with that motion entirely on his own, based on a board presentation by SU nearly a year before he was elected. Tom Terry was there. I suspect until Renaud was told by Terry, he had never heard of the project.
