I was raised on a 2000 acre farm in VA. I know what a farm goose is. Farm geese can not fly. They had to be placed there by someone. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Martha was NOT a wild goose. She was a domestic farm goose Whose farm? |
All those geese are wild, despite some names based on their past history being kept as domestic poultry for their meat, eggs, and down feathers. I suppose we should call them feral geese.
