Not necessarily. Glenn Duffy, Board President filled in as GM (for free) for better than 6 months before Tom Olson was hired. Baring of another no-search hiring like the last time, there would likely be a substantial delay again. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: My recollection is the same--9 months. That's expensive when you consider that OPA would be paying his replacement at the same time. |
